Wouch, Maloney & Co., LLP has outstanding opportunities for audit and tax managers with recent public accounting experience to serve our CPA firm and help lead our practice into the future. Our main office is located in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia.

We are a regional firm with locations in Horsham and Yardley, Pennsylvania and Fort Myers, Florida. Our offices are spacious and we recently added 3,000 square feet to our main office. The firm provides accounting, reporting, tax planning and preparation services to high net worth individual and closely held business clients along with management consulting services. It also assists its clients with litigation support services, business valuations, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions and other less traditional services. Our national and international clients benefit from our experience in multi-state and international tax issue.

In our audit department, we perform audits of non-public construction, manufacturing, real estate and not-for-profit entities. Most of the audits are within an hour’s drive from Philadelphia. There is little long distance travel. We also prepare compiled and reverted financial statements for many of our clients. Candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.

Our tax manager will have experience in federal and state income, estate, trust and sales tax. This individual will also possess leadership qualities and be skilled in communicating with clients, taxing authorities and other professionals. Excellent writing and research skills and attention to detail are required for this position. The tax manager will be expected to take initiative in staff training and in communicating tax updates to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA license and 10 years of progressive responsibility within a CPA firm context. This individual will possess leadership qualities and be skilled in communicating with clients, staff and other professionals. The ability to delegate and manage jobs is key to job success.

To support our growth without compromising quality, we hold firm-wide retreats and provide training for our growing staff. All staff is invited to become involved in various firm committees so that they have a voice in the growth and direction of the firm. The variation of assignments given to staff is based upon their individual interests and progression. While we work at providing outstanding service to our clients, we simultaneously focus on our staff to ensure that they remain challenged and are able to maintain a high quality of life, both inside and outside the firm.
