Manager / CPA

Wouch Maloney & Co., LLP, a growing public accounting firm located primarily in Horsham, Pennsylvania, seeks to hire a Manager with approximately 10 years of experience in public accounting. A CPA license is required. Our client base spans the tri-state area, and encompasses a wide variety of industries with a specialization in services for construction companies. Our culture requires being knowledgeable, caring, responsive and proactive in our daily work so that we can provide the best possible services to our clients.

We seek an individual who possesses leadership and managerial qualities, outstanding communication skills, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to pay close attention to detail, all of which are required for delegating and managing the tasks associated with this position. This position manages, monitors, and reviews the work of staff relating to client services including all aspects of accounting and tax. Managers must possess well-developed analytical skills to identify critical issues and find solutions for clients. Managers should be able to communicate effectively as trainers for Staff Accountants in Wouch Maloney’s Training and Career Development Program. Additionally, the firm will assist you in developing and implementing a personalized marketing plan that is of benefit to you and the firm.
